“ I like The Henry. First of all, the hours are unusual. They open at 10pm and close at 2pm. This is a great option for dining at those off hours when most places are closed. I dined here right when they opened at 10pm and there was no wait. I also dined at 9am and had to wait for about 20 mins. They text you when the table is ready so you don't actually have to stay there. The prices here are slightly high but they delivered each time that I've visited. FOOD Short rib benedict - Perfectly cooked eggs, tasty short rib. This was delicious and also not too heavy. Tater tot nachos - no surprises here. They start with a base of tater tots and then cover it with all of what you'd expect on nachos... cheese, sour cream, jalepenos, pico de gallo, and a generous amount of short rib SERVICE Good service here each time. ”
“ Best breakfast spot.. better have reservation or plan on wait! We had Abel as our server .. A+++ Pure professional ! ”
“ Such a lovely location. I am a sit down and get served kind of gal, so this was perfect. They have a great selection from eggs whites, to Açaí shakes and meals with meat and pork. When you are an egg white kind of gal - I was very happy. I did have the egg white omelette which was full of veggies - it was good but needed a cheese - maybe a feta or goat cheese. I do not add salt to anything but had to with this - again, it was well done. Hubby had the The Henry and enjoyed it. Said the sausage was a bit too soft in the middle - maybe needed another 45 seconds to cook but our friend ate is and said he liked it but agreed maybe a smidge under cooked. Friend had the parfait - super yummy Eggs Benedict was also enjoyed by one of our friends Coffee was good, service was on point ”
“ The Henry is located in the first floor of the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Our first breakfast while in Vegas. Polite wait staff who seated us in the quiet section of the restaurant. Service was quick. The Braised Short Rib Benedict was amazing!! No wonder it's popular. Highly recommend!! Savory, fall off the bone meat, seasoned to perfection!! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of the Salmon Toast. Large portions of salmon coating the entire bread. Herbs accentuated the flavor. Slightly salty but I believe it was the cheese spread used. Enjoyable breakfast experience and would definitely recommend!! ”
“ The hubby recommended this spot because it was the place to be late at night in his younger years. I was hesitant at first because his palate and mine are in two different worlds! How dare I doubted him. Came here after midnight after hotel hopping. To start, we got the tater tot nachos. Omg to die for! So much flavor bursting into one bite. Braised short rib was generous and packed with so much yumminess. Got the corned beef reuben. Sandwich was great. To be honest, I wanted to try something different. Not really a reuben fan, but it was good for what it was. My husband got the Henry burger in medium. So juicy! This place is definitely not your Ihop or Denny's. No shade on them, but if you want good food and excellent customer service for a decent price.. come here! ”
“ Been going here for years as it's the perfect diner food restaurant. But, don't think their diner food is subpar, it's actually the opposite. The dining space is a mix of modern with funky wall art accents. It's cool and hip all at once. For me, dining at the Henry is a comforting experience where I can tuck away from the casino for a little while and enjoy a nice meal. THE FOOD. - Corned Beef Reuben | Layers of sliced corned beef with Swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, and sauerkraut; sandwiched between two slices of buttery toasted marble rye bread. It's a harmonious mix of savory, tangy, creamy, and slightly sweet flavors, with a balance of crunchy, tender, and gooey textures. The side of tater tots have a subtle truffle pungency that I appreciate. The whole dish, highly recommend. - Classic French Onion Soup | Here's the benchmark to which I compare all other French onion soups. This is absolutely perfect. The rich broth contains caramelized onions, adding both sweet and savory flavors. A thick slice of baguette bread sits on top of the soup, soaking it all in. Melted gruyere cheese covers the bowl and crusts over the sides. I like to peel the cheese crust off and crunch away. - Signature Short Rib Benedict | Juicy shredded short rib with two poached eggs on top and covered in rich, tangy hollandaise sauce. Where are the hash browns? Hiding underneath the short rib. Such a great breakfast dish! THE PARKING. Underground parking for a fee, unless you're a MGM rewards member (Pearl, Gold, Platinum, or NOIR). Nevada residents receive 3 hours of complimentary parking as well. THE RETURN? Always. I actually dream of their French onion soup. Side note, avoid the line and make reservations through the Cosmo website. ”
“ I made a reservation for 8 am the day before and had no issues when we arrived, even though the place was completely packed. We ordered beignets, corned beef hash and eggs and the short rib benedict and were thoroughly impressed with everything! Our server was very polite and made great recommendations, plus the service was fast so it was a great breakfast in the beautiful cosmopolitan. ”
“ Maybe because we had a late breakfast here the day after the election... but this was a wild ride of highs and lows. The lows: Music is too loud. I know this is an all night establishment, but maybe turn down the volume when morning time comes? Service was not very polished. We asked for recommendations and advice and our server literally shrugged at us. Also a bit longer than expected wait to get water and beverages. The Henry sort of bills itself as Cosmopolitan's idea of a diner. But for breakfast for two with no booze, it was over $80. But the highs: The food was surprisingly good. Really good in some cases. I had an order of gravy, a biscuit and a side of cheese grits. The biscuit was fantastic. It's huge. I asked my server if I should get two to make my own "biscuits and gravy" plate and he just shrugged at me. But the biscuit is really big so unless you're starving, one is good. The cheese grits were incredible. Transcendent. I'm not kidding. Get these. The gravy wasn't bad but a bit too meaty for me. Still good. My SO had the steak and eggs and that steak was a thing of beauty - perfectly medium rare and served with delicious hash browns. The eggs and toast were as expected. We will definitely come back. The food is way better than we anticipated. The minor issues are easy to overlook when you finally get those cheese grits. Damn. ”
“ BEST LATE-NIGHT FRENCH TOAST! The Henry is one of my new favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. The late-night brunch I had here was phenomenal. I came by on a Friday night and ordered the Brioche French Toast which came with banana, strawberries, chocolate glaze, toasted hazelnuts, and an amazing whipped cream. Everything tasted homemade and gourmet, I paid about $20 for my meal (I only got water with my food). As for service, I was super impressed with the professionalism at this restaurant. I came in at around 11:30pm and there was a slight, busy period. However, ALL of the staff kept things moving and never forgot about my table. The Cosmopolitan certainly has great staff. The hostess was super kind and our waiter (James W.) was absolutely amazing. He was super attentive and friendly, best customer service EVER! James went above and beyond, he never rushed. Give him a promotion! The restaurant had dim lighting and a calm vibe to it! It's a perfect hang out spot for people who want a lively night without annoying drunks. I saw a few families come in too! It was a great time, I never felt annoyed. ”
